48 hours unless agreed upon at the time of booking.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Non-Refundable Deposit amount

30% of the total quote is to be paid to lock in the date for your event. This amount will be deducted
from the final amount payable and is non-refundable.

It is compensation for the work completed to date and is required to secure our services for your
date because it precludes us from booking another event on your event date.

Refundable Security Deposit

A $100 security deposit will be added to all bookings that include hire items.
The security deposit will be refunded once the hire items are returned in the condition, they were
sent out in.

Should the hire items be damaged in a way that they cannot be used again or look aesthetically
unpleasing, the security deposit will not be refunded.

Payment Terms

The balance payable is due seven days prior to your event.
We will not deliver any items without the final amount being paid.
Payments can be made by bank transfer as per the details on the invoice.

Pickup/Drop off/Delivery

If you have agreed to pick up/drop off the hire items, an address will be provided to you once the
30% deposit has been received.

Should you require Bloom Journey to drop off/collect any hire items, a price will be provided to you
for this service.

Public Liability

Bloom Journey has the appropriate Public Liability Insurance; however, Bloom Journey will accept no
responsibility for any accidents that occur with our hire items for our DIY packages and hires.
